1. Acceptance

By accessing this site or enrolling in any Life Sailor Hub program, you agree to these Terms.

2. Educational service

Life Sailor Hub provides stock-market education and mentorship. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or buy/sell recommendations. We are not a SEBI-registered investment advisor.

3. No guarantee of profits

Trading and investing in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any examples shared during training are for illustration only.

4. Intellectual property

All course content, recordings, materials, and templates are the property of Life Sailor Hub. You may not redistribute, resell or publish them without written permission.

5. Refund policy

You may request a refund within 7 days of enrollment if the program isn't a fit, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of the live sessions/recordings.

6. User conduct

You agree not to share login credentials, record private mentorship calls, or use the community for unsolicited promotion.

7. Limitation of liability

Life Sailor Hub, its founder and team shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the educational content.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sangli, Maharashtra.
